Mentorship
With the significant experience that our associates bring, there is always an opportunity to learn from fellow Aspen colleagues. Plus, at least one principal is engaged on each project, so they’re in the field working with you side by side to achieve the clients’ goals and sharing feedback and providing mentoring along the way.
Career Coaching
At Aspen, each associate has an engagement manager specific to the project they’re working on as well as a staff manager. This staff manager is your personal career advisor, a more seasoned colleague who is ideally suited to help guide your career development. They follow your progress closely and work with you to help you define your path, track your progress, and make sure project staffing decisions and training help you to develop your full potential.
Personalized Training
We also support and encourage industry and vendor training and work with each associate to develop an annual development plan customized to their professional development goals.
